About the role
We're looking for a Head of Product who can lead and execute on our ambitious product roadmap. This role is for the product side of the business.
Think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just ‘how it looks’ but ‘why we should build’).
Responsible for mapping out the minimum viable product, coordination of resources to successfully launch products and measuring core success metrics to continually iterate and improve future phases.
Gather requirements and create specifications for our design and development team.
Work with Course Studio leadership to draft and continue iterating on our product roadmap.
Make tough strategic decisions around feature prioritization and deployment.
Looked upon to make executive decisions on the development team's priorities to deliver the highest impact projects.
What we're looking for
4+ years of Product Management experience. Preferably in EdTech or eCommerce.
Strong analytical thinker. You can break down complexity into logical steps and communicate this to a team of designers and developers.
Very strong eye for design, understand best practices on world class UX and UI.
Experience executing in go-to-market strategies and launching new products.
Solid technical background, and comfortable working on systems with imperfect data.
You must be a leader and you must be a good communicator.
Ability to design and navigate through conflicting priorities, turning ambiguity into clarity in a rapidly changing environment.
Results oriented. You know how to get shit done.
